Sagi A. Genger immigrated to the United States, like so many others that have come to America in search of prosperity.  In many ways, Mr. Genger embodies the American dream, having come to the country with a sharp eye and an inspired outlook, achieving great success in several industries, including finance and strategic marketing.  He speaks multiple languages and is a pillar in business communities ranging from the US to the Middle East. Originally from Israel, Sagi A. Genger served in the Israeli army after high school.  The discipline and organization he learned in the military, combined with the passion and inspiration of an entrepreneur compelled him to pursue complex, high-value international business ventures in a number of industries.  In 1993, Mr Genger would come to the United States as a student at the prestigious Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

The Wharton School is recognized by many as the world’s first collegiate business school, having been established in 1881.  The school is one of the most competitive and exclusive business schools in existence today.  It is one of the most highly publicized and respected business schools in both the private and the academic sectors. The school goes beyond basic business education to include multi-disciplinary pursuits and inventive multimedia publications that highlight the school’s achievements.

Nestled in the heart of the University of Pennsylvania campus, the Wharton School draws from the institution’s rich academic history and connection to political royalty.  Benjamin Franklin was the University’s founder, and to this day alumni such as Sagi A. Genger have found their way into some of the most prestigious and powerful positions in the United States Government.  In the time of its founding, 1749, the colonies had not even yet declared independence, meaning the University was on the forefront of political discourse and social theory in the 18th Century.  To this day, the school strives to be a nexus of social, political and economic discourse, and Sagi A. Genger has benefited greatly from his time spent studying there.  The University’s history spans the bridge from British territories to an independent nation.  After the founding fathers declared independence from the crown in 1776 the University continued to be a hub of intellectual progress and business-based research.  This history cemented the institution where Sagi A. Genger got his degree as one of the most important academic locations in he Western Hemisphere, even the world.

Located in West Philadelphia, the University of Pennsylvania retains not only the academic traditions put forth by contemporaries of the founding fathers of the United States, the school also preserves its architectural history, which reinterprets the old-world sensibilities of schools like Oxford University and Cambridge to bear on the new-world geographical surrounding on the campus.

It is an Ivy League school on par with others like Harvard, Princeton and Yale.  Founded in 1749, the University is the fourth-oldest institution of higher education in the United States and considered the country’s first full-fledged university.  The institution also boasts the first official medical school, started in 1765.  The American Medical Association was founded at the University, as were a number of other influential professional organizations.

At this international bastion of business excellence and research, the young Sagi A. Genger pursued a B.S. and an M.A. in Business Administration.  Over the course of his three years at the University, Mr. Genger displayed exceptional academic prowess as an undergraduate, participating as an honored Benjamin Franklin Scholar.

Landing such a position right out of school only accelerated Mr Genger’s learning, exposing him to influential people and decision-makers in a wide array of government posts and private industries.
